Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Requirement: Candidate must be willing to relocate to Hassan & Chikmagalur
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Principal to lead and manage school operations effectively. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, academic expertise, and the ability to maintain high educational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily school operations and administration
- Ensure academic excellence and curriculum implementation
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management
- Plan and execute school development activities
- Ensure compliance with educational policies and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant field
- Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to relocate to Hassan or Chikmagalur
