Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with IT companies, startups, and recruitment agencies
- Identify job opportunities relevant to the courses offered (e.g., development, testing, digital roles, etc.)
- Organize placement drives, interviews, and hiring events
- Coordinate between students, trainers, and recruiters for smooth placement processes
- Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and job readiness
- Track student progress and ensure they meet industry expectations before interviews
- Maintain placement records, reports, and hiring data
- Achieve monthly/quarterly placement targets
- Follow up with companies and candidates until successful onboarding
- Initiate and manage strategic partnerships with companies by signing MOUs to secure long-term placement opportunities and collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR/Business preferred)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or HR (preferably in IT or training institutes)
- Good understanding of IT job roles and hiring trends
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and employer relationships

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
