Job Overview
We are looking for a smart and proactive CRM Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in the residential interior or construction industry. The candidate should be capable of handling client coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in CRM role
- Prior experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Good understanding of project coordination and client handling processes
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling high-value or customized projects
- Basic understanding of interior design processes and materials
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Smart, presentable, and professional approach
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
