Varija Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory planning, stock control, warehouse coordination, and inventory accuracy across operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the fashion, apparel, retail, or lifestyle industry and possess strong analytical and inventory management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inventory operations and stock movement.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical inventory verification.
- Coordinate with warehouses, stores, production, and dispatch teams.
- Track inward and outward material movements and ensure proper documentation.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and MIS.
- Analyze inventory trends, aging stock, and stock turnover.
- Ensure timely replenishment and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
- Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Maintain inventory accuracy across systems and physical stock.
- Support management with inventory planning and forecasting.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in Inventory Management, Stores, Warehouse, or Supply Chain functions.
- Prior experience in Fashion, Apparel, Garments, Retail, Lifestyle, or E-commerce industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes and stock management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage inventory operations independently.
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field or
- Certification in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
