Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager (QCM). The ideal candidate must have a sound knowledge on Quality standard of CABLE and CONDUCTOR. This role requires a strong background in construction management, quality inspection, and data analysis to maintain the highest level of project integrity and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans tailored to each construction project
- Conduct regular construction site inspections to monitor adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Perform detailed quality inspections, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions
- Collect, analyze, and document data related to construction quality metrics for ongoing improvement
- Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure compliance with contractual specifications and project timelines
- Review construction contracts and specifications to verify scope and quality requirements are met
- Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and oversee the implementation of corrective measures
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the supply chain
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, non-conformance issues, and resolution status for stakeholders
