- About the Company: Divine Force I India is a professional services company providing dedicated business and operational support to international clients. This position will support Boulder Construction, a U.S.-based construction company specializing primarily in hotel and residential construction projects.
- We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dedicated Human Resources (HR) Associate to support the company's internal HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys managing HR processes, has strong communication skills, and is willing to take ownership of human resources and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibility
- Support HR activities including recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave records, and employee communication.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, experience letters, HR communications, policies, and other employee-related documents.
- Maintain organized employee and HR records while ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, internal communications, and company events.
- Support management with HR-related research, reports, and documentation.
- Handle various internal administrative assignments as required by management.
- Coordinate with different departments and follow up on assigned HR tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and internal employee processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant HR experience are preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic administrative tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
- Professional communication skills and ability to work with a U.S.-based team.
- General Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST.
- Other Employees Shift: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Work From Office) followed by 11:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Work From Home).
