Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support strategic financial planning and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, scenario planning, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets, operating plans, and financial forecasts.
- Develop and monitor departmental and organizational budgets.
- Perform budget planning and periodic budget reviews.
- Analyze business performance, project progress, and financial results against budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Build financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning activities.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with business teams to support planning and decision-making.
Requirements
- CA Qualified, CMA qualified or MBA in Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems and Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Salary
₹1,00,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
