Job Summary
The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with workers, contractors, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and approved plans
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors for smooth workflow
- Manage and guide labor teams and subcontractors
- Maintain daily site reports, progress records, and attendance
- Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor project timelines and report delays to management
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
