Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling computer hardware, laptop spare parts, and related products while building strong relationships with customers. Good communication skills and a passion for sales are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell computer hardware, laptop spare parts, and accessories to customers
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Maintain knowledge of latest products, pricing, and market trends
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in computer hardware or electronics)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and laptop components
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B or retail sales
- Familiarity with local market in Mohali and nearby areas
- Strong interpersonal skills
