We are seeking a vigilant, responsible and proactive Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors and company assets. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access, responding to incidents and maintaining a secure environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises regularly to prevent unauthorized access and security breaches.
- Control entry and exit of guests, visitors, vendors and staff.
- Maintain visitor records, gate passes and security logs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and report safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, alarms and guest concerns.
- Investigate and document security incidents, accidents and suspicious activities.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies, safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Protect company assets and ensure the security of property, equipment and inventory.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in security operations, hospitality or a related field.
- Good knowledge of security procedures, emergency response and access control systems.
- Strong observation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively during emergencies.
- Physically fit and capable of conducting regular patrols.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
