Job Summary
Paisa 108 Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Human Resource Specialist to lead and strengthen the organisation's HR functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll, compliance, performance management, and HRMS administration.
The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations while leading the HR team and supporting organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals and business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, recruitment planning, and workforce planning.
- Lead, guide, and manage the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
- Drive employee engagement, employee relations, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Design, implement, and manage the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, salary structures, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal company procedures.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and the Employee Code of Conduct.
- Manage HRMS administration, implementation, process automation, and HR data management.
- Oversee leave, attendance, employee records, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and exit processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, workforce analytics, and management reports.
- Work closely with senior management on strategic HR initiatives and organisational development.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of total HR experience.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a senior or leadership HR role with proven team management experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, compliance, PMS, and HR policies.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS implementation, administration, and HR process automation.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
- Experience in the Fintech/BFSI industry will be an added advantage.
