About the Role
RNVP Technology Private Limited is looking for a Physical Verification Executive who will be responsible for conducting field visits to verify customer/applicant information, residential or business addresses, documents, and other details as required. The role requires regular field visits, good communication skills, attention to detail, and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical verification visits at residential, office, and business addresses.
- Verify customer/applicant identity, address, and other submitted information.
- Collect and cross-check relevant documents and supporting information.
- Interact professionally with customers, neighbours, business owners, and other concerned persons.
- Capture photographs and other verification details as required through mobile applications.
- Identify discrepancies or incorrect information and report them to the concerned team.
- Prepare accurate verification reports after completing field visits.
- Update verification status and case details in the company's internal system/app.
- Complete assigned verification cases within the defined TAT.
- Coordinate with the backend/operations team for case closure.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Follow company policies, verification procedures, and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observation and verification skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, internet, and mobile applications.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations for field verification.
Eligibility
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in field verification, BGV, KYC, banking, finance, or field operations will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler: Preferred/required for regular field visits.
- Valid driving licence and smartphone preferred.
Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
