Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience.
Role Overview:

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of paralegals.

Monitor team performance as per defined KPIs.

Managing agreed TAT & ensure timely delivery of assignments.

Liaise with quality manager to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.

Provide training and continuous feedback to team members to improve quality & legal acumen.
