Requirements:
✅ 20+ years of overall experience
✅ 8+ years in Professional Services & 10+ years in Leadership
✅ Strong SaaS implementation & enterprise client delivery experience
✅ Managed Professional Services teams, budgets/P&L & customer escalations
✅ Experience collaborating with Sales, Product & Engineering teams
✅ Bachelor's degree mandatory (PMP/ITIL certification is a plus)
Preferred Background:
✔ AVP/Director/VP – Professional Services
✔ Implementation / Client Delivery / Customer Onboarding Leadership
✔ Enterprise SaaS companies (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Freshworks, Darwinbox, Icertis, Chargebee, Amadeus, Sabre, Oracle Hospitality, etc.)
Interview Process: 7–8 Rounds (Including 1 Face-to-Face)
Preferred:* Chemical Engineering background.
Knowledge of BioWin, Bentley, WAVE, IMS, or similar engineering tools.
*Qualification:* Bachelor's Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Environmental / Process Engineering.
