Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in real estate sales, an eye for luxury, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of the sales cycle — from lead generation and client consultation to deal closure and post-sale support.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, approach, and nurture prospective buyers, investors, and HNI (High-Net-Worth Individual) clients through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and match them with the right property offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for residential and commercial properties.
- Drive revenue through proactive pipeline management, timely follow-ups, and effective negotiation.
- Present and showcase properties through site visits, virtual tours, and curated presentations.
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and sales agreements in coordination with the legal and documentation team.
Market Intelligence & Advisory
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and regulatory changes.
- Advise clients on investment potential, ROI, and property appreciation trends.
- Provide market insights to management to support strategic planning and product development.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting pipeline status, conversion rates, and key metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, open house events, and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Real Estate (RERA registration preferred) are a strong advantage.
Experience
- 2–6 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential or commercial segments.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market and key micro-markets.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and deals simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Comfortable with digital lead generation tools, social media platforms, and property portals.
- Fluency in English and Kannada; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
