Key Responsibilities
- Represent Hitkari in client meetings, corporate interactions, networking events, and business discussions.
- Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to create event solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow up on leads.
- Work closely with company leadership during important client interactions.
- Travel for client meetings, site visits, and events as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in an Event Management Company (Mandatory).
- Experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Event Sales, or Corporate Relations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of event planning and execution.
- Professional personality with the ability to represent the company independently.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible working hours.
