Job Title: Hub Accountant
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Near APMC Market / Turbhe MIDC)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Hub Accountant to manage daily accounting operations at our Vashi hub. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally prime
- Perform bank reconciliation (BRS) and cash verification
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Maintain petty cash and expense tracking
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Ensure GST compliance, invoice verification, and documentation
- Coordinate with HO for financial reporting and audit support
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Finance background
- Experience: 1 to 2 year Min in accounting
- Strong knowledge of:
- Tally / ERP systems
- GST, TDS, basic taxation
- Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹30000 per month (based on experience)
