Preschool Educator – Jumpstart International Preschool ( Females Only)
About the Role:
Jumpstart International Preschool is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators who enjoy working with young children and can create a warm, engaging, and stimulating learning environment. The educator will be responsible for implementing the curriculum provided by the school and ensuring meaningful learning experiences for children through interactive classroom engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the preschool curriculum provided by the organization in an engaging and developmentally appropriate manner.
Conduct daily classroom activities and lessons that support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Actively interact with children on the classroom floor, guiding them through play-based learning experiences.
Maintain a nurturing, safe, and positive classroom environment.
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and warmth while working with young children.
Communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and parents when required.
Participate in school activities, events, and collaborative planning with the team.
Key Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
Passion for working with early years children (2–6 years).
Ability to engage children through storytelling, activities, and creative teaching methods.
Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Nursery Teaching is preferred.
Prior preschool teaching experience will be an added advantage.
