Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telecaller for our Chandigarh office who will be responsible for handling student inquiries, making outbound calls, and providing information about our nursing courses and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Provide accurate information about courses, admission procedures, fees, and schedules.
- Handle inbound queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
- Maintain and update the student inquiry database regularly.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Assist the admissions team with documentation and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets).
- Polite, persuasive, and professional on calls.
