Position: HR Generalist

Profile Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and maintaining HR records. The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive employee relationships.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and joining formalities.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Complete documentation and maintain employee personnel files.
- Manage confirmations, promotions, transfers, and internal movements.
- Handle employee exit formalities including Full & Final Settlement coordination, clearance process, and exit interviews.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and HRMS records.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/payroll team.
- Prepare HR letters including appointment letters, experience letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and relieving letters.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace concerns.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in HR audits and compliance documentation.
HR Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Track recruitment metrics, employee attrition, attendance, and leave reports.
- Maintain accurate MIS and HR dashboards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree in HR, MBA (HR), or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
