We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Corporate IT Sales and IT Services. The role involves driving revenue growth by selling IT infrastructure, software solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services to mid-size and large corporate clients. The candidate will manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of corporate IT services including IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services
Identify and acquire new corporate clients through market research, cold calling, meetings, and referrals
Manage key enterprise and mid-market accounts and ensure long-term customer engagement
Understand customer IT requirements and propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design and costing
. Prepare and present proposals, quotations and contracts
Negotiate commercials, terms, and close deals within defined timelines
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM with accurate forecasts
Cross-sell and upsell additional IT services and solutions to existing customers
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging enterprise technologies,
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of corporate IT services, IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services
Proven experience in B2B corporate IT sales and solution selling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to engage with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and senior decision-makers
. Ability to manage and handle team
Good understanding of enterprise buying cycles and contract negotiations
. Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal documentation
