Job Description:
- To lead, manage and motivate the branch/branches sales teams to achieve and exceed targets and KPI’s through support and supervision, training and coaching
- To create and strengthen employer relationships to maximise job opportunities and vacancies and provide leading edge customer service and account management
- To identify and develop new business development opportunities
- To be responsible for line management and support of sales team in allocated branches ensuring that performance is at optimum levels
- To be accountable for all set individual & team targets ensuring these are not just met but exceeded
- To manage key account delivery to ensure employer service level agreements and targets are achieved
- To establish, implement and maintain a robust and timely management information system that reports on actual and pipeline sales activities and opportunities to enable performance to be continually assessed against key performance indicators
- To plan and implement direct sales campaigns with key employers across the area
- To contribute to the development and implementation of the Employer Engagement Strategy
- To visit various hospitals, doctors and chemist outlets’.
- To Establish, maintain and expand your customer base
- To cater the needs of your existing customers
- To increase business opportunities through various routes to market
- To set sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- To allocate areas to sales representatives
- To develop sales strategies and set targets
- To monitor your team's performance and motivate them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- To possibly deal with some major customer accounts yourself
- To Collect customer feedback and market research
- To keep up to date knowledge about products and competitors
