Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and enthusiastic Sales Executive to generate advertising revenue by selling advertising space to businesses, organizations, educational institutions, and service providers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential advertisers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Sell advertising packages across digital, print, social media, event sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and advertising contracts.
- Negotiate pricing while maintaining company profitability.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of advertisements.
- Follow up on payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Confidence in meeting business owners and decision-makers.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally (preferred).
