*About the Role:-
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Purchase Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead our procurement strategy, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure that our purchasing operations run efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Oversee end-to-end procurement, sourcing, and vendor management operations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to maximize cost efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality raw materials, equipment, and services.
- Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and procurement contracts.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor market trends, commodity price changes, and identify new supply chain opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications:-
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com / BBA / B.Tech) or Master's/MBA in Operations or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: [3-6] years of proven experience as a Purchase Manager or Senior Purchase Executive.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) and advanced MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits:-
Salary: 50k to 60k / Best in the industry (commensurate with experience).
