Key Responsibilities
Support the Team Leader in managing daily team operations Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance Handle customer and operational escalations effectively Maintain process quality, productivity, and compliance Prepare performance reports and assist in team development initiatives What We're Looking For✔ 2–4 years of experience in BPO Operations, Customer Support, or Process Management✔ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills✔ Ability to manage team performance and resolve operational challenges✔ Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities✔
