Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Upsell products/services wherever applicable.
- Deliver excellent customer experience.
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 Months Experience in:
- International Voice Process
- Technical Support
