Department: Garment Production
Position: Production Supervisor
-
Supervise daily garment production and ensure production targets are achieved.

Plan and monitor production activities as per the production schedule.
-
Manage sewing lines and allocate manpower effectively.
-
Monitor cutting, sewing, finishing, checking, and packing processes.
-
Ensure proper line balancing and smooth production flow.
-
Monitor production efficiency, WIP, and line performance.
-
Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action.
-
Ensure garments are produced according to approved samples and specifications.
-
Coordinate with Quality, Cutting, Stores, PPC, and Maintenance teams.
-
Monitor and reduce defects, rework, rejection, and production losses.
-
Train, guide, and motivate operators and helpers.
-
Maintain daily production and manpower reports.
-
Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S, and workplace safety.
-
Achieve production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
-
Diploma / Degree – Textile / Garments / Fashion Technology
-
1–5 years of experience in garment production
-
Sewing line supervision experience
-
Knowledge of garment manufacturing process
-
Production planning & target achievement
-
Manpower handling & line management
-
Line balancing knowledge
-
Quality & defect control
-
WIP & production monitoring
-
Knowledge of cutting, sewing & finishing

• Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in textile processing (preferred)
