We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an organized and appealing store environment. - Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Actively engage with customers to demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage, ensuring a thorough understanding.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) consistently.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash, credit card payments, and manage returns/exchanges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, promotions, and store policies.
- Assist in merchandising and visual display efforts to ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory by assisting with stock checks, receiving new shipments, and organizing stockroom.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently, escalating to management when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and security.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
