Hashboosh is a fashion startup founded by IIM-KOZHIKODE Alumni and incubated at IIM-KOZHIKODE LIVE.
Our products are designed by designers from around the country who participate in Hashboosh's design challenges. Winners are chosen by public votes, so the most popular designs are manufactured and sold by us. This ensures that Hashboosh always has unique and fresh collections. Our products include Kurtis, Tops, Tunics and Dresses at this point and we intend to add to more product categories in the near future. Hashboosh also promotes it's designers. Each product carries the Designer's name as part of the branding. Designers also earn royalty from the sales of their designs. We have a unique story to sell and we have a very strong, loyal and expanding designer and customer base.

Responsibilities and Duties
Create and execute Hashboosh Design Challenges
Create themes and mood boards
Execute associated procurement.
Review designs and work with participants to give feedback and ensure quality of submissions
Work with Merchandising team to ensure product spec adherence.
Research trends and introduce innovative product lines.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
3+ years experience as a fashion designer.
