The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the school's digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate admissions inquiries, and strengthen engagement with prospective parents, students, and the wider community. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector, with hands-on expertise in social media, website management, paid advertising, and content creation.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
· Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
· Manage paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality admissions leads while optimizing campaign performance and ROI.
· Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
· Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve the school's website ranking and organic traffic.
· Execute email marketing campaigns and nurture prospective parent leads.
Social Media Management
· Manage the school's social media accounts by creating and publishing engaging content.
· Develop monthly content calendars aligned with the school's academic events and marketing objectives.
· Increase social media engagement, followers, and brand awareness through creative campaigns.
· Monitor online reviews, comments, and messages, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Website & Content Management
· Update and maintain the school's website with news, events, achievements, admissions information, and other relevant content.
· Ensure website content is accurate, user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and SEO optimized.
· Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality digital assets.
· Write and edit blogs, newsletters, social media posts, website copy, and promotional content.
Admissions Support
· Support admissions campaigns through digital lead generation initiatives.
· Track and report on inquiries, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
· Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely follow-up of digital leads.
Reporting & Analytics
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, website traffic, social media metrics, and lead generation.
· Analyze user behavior and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates.
· Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a school or educational institution.
· Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or digital marketing are an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO.
· Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
· Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
· Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
· Excellent content writing and communication skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
