Experience: 3+ Years

Job Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group coaching for voice processes
Identify improvement areas in speech clarity, tone, and accent
Conduct call audits and give actionable feedback
Support agents in improving customer communication skills
Track progress and maintain coaching reports
