Malar Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant – Obstetrician & Gynecologist to join our growing healthcare team.
Qualifications
- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Fellowship in High-Risk Pregnancy, Infertility, or Minimal Access Surgery will be an added advantage
- BLS & ACLS Certification Mandatory
- Minimum 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed multispeciality hospital
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care
- Manage antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal patients
- Perform normal deliveries, assisted deliveries, and cesarean sections
- Conduct gynecological surgeries including laparoscopic procedures
- Manage high-risk pregnancies and obstetric emergencies
- Counsel patients on reproductive health, family planning, and preventive care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
Skills Required
- Strong clinical and surgical expertise
- Excellent diagnostic and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage emergencies effectively
- Strong communication and patient counseling skills
- Team-oriented and patient-centric approach
