About Udayan Care
Udayan Care is a leading NGO dedicated to empowering children, youth, and women through education, skilling, and livelihood initiatives. We are expanding our Skilling & Livelihood Program and are looking for a passionate Watch Repair Trainer to equip young adults with practical skills and prepare them for sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on watch repair and servicing.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and practical assignments.
- Mentor and motivate trainees to enhance their employability.
- Monitor student progress and maintain training records.
- Ensure a safe, disciplined, and positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the program team to achieve training outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Certification in Watch Repair or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in watch repair and servicing.
- Previous training or mentoring experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for youth development and skill training.
