Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive (Telecalling – Voice Process) to handle customer queries through calls and provide prompt and effective support. The candidate should have excellent Malayalam communication skills and the ability to build good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain polite and professional communication over phone
- Record customer interactions and update details in the CRM system
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory)
- Good voice clarity and convincing skills
- Strong customer handling ability
- Immediate joiners preferred
