Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers / Business Development Associate to join our remote travel sales team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, understand their travel requirements, and convert leads into successful bookings.
Important – Mandatory Requirements

- Fluency in English and Malayalam (Both Mandatory)
- A personal laptop is required
- Stable internet connection
- Quiet workspace for calling
- Available for full-time work only
- Comfortable handling 8–10 hours of calling daily
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with travel leads
- Understand customer travel requirements
- Suggest suitable travel packages
- Pitch, convince, and close sales
- Share itineraries and convert leads into bookings
- Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups
Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented
- Comfortable handling rejections and meeting targets
- Freshers or Candidates with maximum 2 years of experience can apply
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Attractive performance incentives
- Opportunity to earn up to 2X salary based on performance
Work Schedule
- 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- 4 Working Days + 3 Days Off
