Job Summary
Chakolas Pavilion is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Accounts to lead our Accounts department. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5 accounts professionals.
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, MIS, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes where required.
Required Qualifications
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and MS Excel.
Experience Required
- 10–15 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Minimum 5 years of independently managing the complete accounts function.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of 5 or more professionals.
