Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated fresher who is interested in building a career in Australian Migration Documentation and Client Application Processing.
The role involves supporting the migration team in collecting, reviewing, organising and processing client documents for Australian visa and migration applications. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that required documents and information are received accurately and within the required timelines.
Previous migration experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organise client documents required for Australian migration applications.
- Review documents for completeness, consistency, accuracy and basic quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain client files, checklists and application-related records.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain pending documents and information.
- Follow up regularly on outstanding documents, signatures, forms and other requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and application progress.
- Assist senior team members in preparing applications and supporting documentation.
- Ensure documents are properly named, arranged, scanned and stored as per company procedures.
- Communicate with clients through phone, email and other approved communication channels.
- Escalate missing, inconsistent or unclear information to the appropriate senior team member.
- Track deadlines, pending requirements and application-related tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and documents.
- Follow internal SOPs, quality standards and documentation procedures.
- Develop knowledge of Australian visa processes, documentation requirements and migration procedures through training and practical exposure.

5. Language Skills
Strong command of English is essential. Good Malayalam communication will be an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple client files, tasks and deadlines without losing accuracy.
7. Computer Skills
Basic proficiency in MS Office, email, Excel/Google Sheets and willingness to learn CRM and document management systems.
8. Learning Attitude
Strong willingness to learn Australian migration processes, visa documentation and internal application procedures.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with exposure to immigration, visa processing, documentation, administration, customer service or back-office operations will be an advantage but are not mandatory.

Important Note
This position is primarily a documentation and application-processing role, not a sales role. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in Australian migration processes, documentation, client coordination and case management and should be willing to build technical migration knowledge through structured training and practical experience.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
