Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate technical and HR interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the joining process.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate employee exits, clearance, and exit interviews.
- Ensure proper documentation for new hires and departing employees.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Update HRMS and employee databases.
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
- Support performance management and employee feedback initiatives.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT industry.
- Freshers with strong HR internships may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with HRMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹10,856.31 - ₹33,182.99 per month
