Designation- Business Development Executive(Sales)
Education- Any Graduation, Post Graduation
Experience- 3 year to 5+ Years
Location- Pune(Baner)

Key Responsibilities:-
– Identify and develop new business opportunities across different markets and
industries. Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, requirement understanding,
– proposal discussion, negotiation, and deal closure.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
– Handle and guide a sales/business development team to achieve assigned targets.
– Conduct confident client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
– Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
– Maintain sales reports and pipeline updates using CRM or internal tracking systems.
Key Requirements:-
– 5+ years of experience in any type of sales or business development
– Strong knowledge of sales concepts, processes, and strategies
– Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional approach
– Strong negotiation skills with proven deal-closure experience
– Team handling and leadership capabilities
– Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
