Job Summary
Ride N Repair is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Sales Representatives to handle inbound & outbound customer calls, generate service bookings, and ensure excellent customer experience for our doorstep vehicle service platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls regarding bike & car services
- Convert leads into confirmed service bookings
- Explain service packages, pricing & offers clearly
- Perform upselling & cross-selling of value-added services
- Update customer details and booking status in CRM / database
- Follow up with customers for feedback & repeat services
- Coordinate with operations & mechanics for smooth service delivery
- Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
Required Skills
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills
- Experience in inside sales / telesales / B2C sales
- Comfortable working with targets & performance metrics
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel)
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability
