Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketer to own and scale end-to-end paid acquisition and growth outcomes.
This role focuses on driving qualified leads, improving funnel efficiency, and contributing directly to revenue through data-driven marketing strategies.
You will not just run campaigns—you will own business impact, conversion performance, and sales alignment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy & Execution
- Manage and scale paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B campaigns)
- Build campaign structure, bidding strategy, and budget allocation
- Ensure strong ROI and efficient budget utilisation
Funnel & Conversion Ownership
- Own full funnel: Ad → Landing Page → Lead → CRM → Sales → Closure
- Improve:
- Conversion rates
- Lead quality (MQL → SQL)
- Cost per qualified lead
- Work with design, content, and web teams for CRO and landing page optimisation
Data, Tracking & Analytics
- Manage tracking systems:
- GA4, Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag
- CRM integrations (HubSpot / Zoho / custom CRM)
- Build dashboards for CPL, CPQL, CPA, ROI
- Convert data into actionable insights
Sales & Revenue Alignment
- Work closely with sales teams to improve:
- Lead quality
- Response time
- Closure rates
- Track marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue
Experimentation & Growth
- Run experiments on creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages
- Scale high-performing campaigns
- Build repeatable growth playbooks
KPIs
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Cost per Qualified Lead (CPQL)
- Lead-to-SQL conversion rate
- Marketing-influenced revenue
- Funnel conversion efficiency
- ROI and budget performance
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years in performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads (2+ years)
- Meta Ads (2+ years)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing significant ad budgets
- Strong understanding of:
- Funnel optimisation
- Attribution & tracking
- CRO (2+ years)
- Experience working with sales teams in B2B / high-consideration sales environments
- Strong analytical and dashboarding skills
- Google Tag Manager (2+ years)
- CRM integrations (2+ years)
