Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with existing customers regarding products and services.
- Generate leads and support sales activities when required.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or customer relationship management (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
