We're looking for passionate, curious, and fast-learning Prompt Engineers who want to build the next generation of AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.

Have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
Enjoy solving real-world problems.
Love experimenting with LLMs like GPT, Gemini, Claude, and open-source models.
Can think logically and communicate ideas clearly.
Are eager to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Are proficient in Tamil, Hindi, and English (multilingual communication is highly preferred).
No prior industry experience is required.
What You'll Do
Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI applications.
Build conversational workflows for AI Voice Agents and Chatbots.
Improve AI accuracy through prompt engineering and structured reasoning.
Evaluate LLM outputs and continuously improve response quality.
Work with product and engineering teams to build production-ready AI features.
Research the latest developments in Generative AI and apply them to real products.
Create prompts for customer support, sales, automation, and business workflows.
Assist in developing AI agents capable of handling real customer interactions.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
Excellent logical and analytical thinking.
Basic understanding of Generative AI and LLMs.
Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools.
Ability to write clear and structured prompts.
Problem-solving mindset.
Quick learner with attention to detail.
Good to Have
Basic Python knowledge.
Understanding of APIs or automation tools.
Experience with GitHub.
Exposure to AI projects, hackathons, or research.
Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Preferred Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronics, or related fields.
MCA/M.Tech graduates are also welcome.
Candidates with personal AI projects or GitHub portfolios will be given preference.
