AREA SALES OFFICER
Job Summary
The Area Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory through field sales activities, dealer/distributor management, and customer relationship building. The role involves extensive travel, achieving monthly targets, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute field sales operations in the assigned area to achieve sales targets.
- Identify, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct daily market visits to generate orders, follow up on payments, and resolve customer issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Implement company sales strategies, schemes, and promotional activities.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising in the market.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, supply, and collections.
Field Sales Requirement
- This is a 100% field-based role.
- Daily travel within the allotted territory is mandatory.
- Regular visits to dealers, retailers, project sites, and customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales/ Freshers are welcome
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Local market knowledge of the assigned territory.
- Fresher/Experience in channel sales, distributor handling, and collection management.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
