Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Architectural Visualizer located in Kochi. The 3D Architectural Visualizer will be responsible for creating and producing 3D renderings and animations of architectural designs, interiors, exteriors, , and environments. The 3D Architectural Visualizer will work closely with architects, designers, and clients to develop and deliver high-quality visualizations that communicate design concepts in a clear and compelling way.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering
- Proficiency in Sketch up and D5 mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is preferred
- Experience working in the architecture, interior design, or visualization industry is a plus
- Portfolio or demo reel of previous work demonstrating proficiency in 3D visualization is required

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
