Experience

- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance management processes.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
