Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, identifying and mitigating project risks, tracking project progress, and ensuring successful project delivery from initiation through closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Assign responsibilities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor project progress against approved plans and timelines.
- Track project costs, budgets, resources, and overall financial performance.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, issues, and opportunities.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs through appropriate change-control processes.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, internal teams, and senior management.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, MIS, and management presentations.
- Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and customer expectations.
- Resolve project-related issues and remove execution bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.
- Conduct project closure, lessons-learned sessions, and post-project reviews.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project-management certification is preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing projects independently.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery.
- Industry-specific experience will be an advantage.
