Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Precast Civil Engineers with strong expertise in precast construction and site execution for projects across major cities in Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in precast erection, quality control, and coordination with site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise precast element erection and installation at site
- Ensure alignment, leveling, and proper placement of precast components
- Coordinate with design, production, and site execution teams
- Monitor quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Review drawings, erection plans, and technical documents
- Manage site safety and ensure compliance with standards
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives
Requirements:
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in precast construction projects
- Strong knowledge of precast erection methods and site coordination
- Ability to interpret structural drawings and erection plans
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Experience:
- High-rise / industrial / infrastructure precast projects
- Experience working with major EPC contractors or developers
