Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior ERP Developer to support the design, development, integration, and customization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This role will focus on enterprise-grade development, integrations, automation, extensibility, and platform optimization across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop customizations and extensions within Dynamics 365 F&O
· Build and maintain integrations between D365 and internal/external systems
· Develop solutions using X++, C#, .NET, Azure services, Power Platform, and REST APIs
· Implement extension-first development approaches using Chain of Command (CoC), extensions framework, data entities, and business events
· Support Dual-write and Dataverse integrations
· Participate in technical design reviews and architecture discussions
· Support release management and DevOps deployment processes
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of Microsoft development experience
· 3+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O development experience
· Strong expertise with X++, C#, .NET, Azure integrations, and REST APIs
· Experience with extension-based development, Chain of Command (CoC), data entities, business events, and DevOps pipelines
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
· Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer (MB-500) or equivalent certification
· Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate for integration workflows
· Familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and environment management
· Experience mentoring junior developers or conducting technical code reviews
