Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Connect with potential customers, including cricket tournament organizers, event managers, cricket clubs, and sports communities via phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Sales & Consultation: Understand customer requirements, explain CricAuction’s platform features, packages, and pricing, and convert active leads into sales.
- Relationship Management: Maintain thorough records of calls, leads, and follow-ups while building long-term, professional relationships with clients.
- Customer Support: Assist existing customers with basic queries and coordinate smoothly with sales and technical teams when needed.
- Target Driven: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Requirements & Skills
- Languages: Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati are essential. Basic English communication skills are required.
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems.
- Soft Skills: A confident, polite telephone etiquette with strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Mindset: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- An active interest in cricket is a massive bonus!
- Geographic Constraint: Only candidates currently residing in Surat can apply.
